Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Sore Travel acts as the data controller under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). This notice sets out, in plain language, what personal data we process when you make a booking, create an account or get in touch — who we share it with, and the rights you hold throughout.

Data we process

• Identity — first name, last name
• Contact — email, phone
• Reservation and payment information — your chosen tour, party size, billing and payment details
• Strictly necessary session cookies — for the secure operation of the site only; never for tracking or marketing

Why we process your data

We process your personal data to create and manage your reservation, process payments securely, communicate with you about your journey (confirmations, vouchers, updates), meet our legal obligations and improve the quality of our service. Lawful basis: processing rests on the performance of a contract, compliance with our legal obligations, and our legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5) — and, where required, on your explicit consent (Art. 6).

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

As the data subject, you have the right to access your data and request information about it, request correction, erasure or anonymisation, request that processing be restricted, request data portability, and seek redress for any loss arising from processing.
