What's the difference between a bespoke tour and a ready-made tour?
A scheduled Group Tour runs on set dates with a shared programme; a bespoke Özel Tur is built from scratch for you alone — region, experiences, accommodation and pace are all yours. If you want something in between, we also offer a Private Configurable Tour.
How quickly will I get a proposal, and is it binding?
After you submit your brief, our operations team returns a tailor-made proposal within 24 hours. There's no obligation at that stage — a booking is only created if you go ahead.
Which regions do you design bespoke tours for?
Our specialism is the GAP region / Upper Mesopotamia (Göbekli Tepe, Şanlıurfa, Mardin, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Adıyaman and Mount Nemrut) and the Eastern Black Sea. You can combine both in one trip, and we extend to pan-Anatolia routes such as Cappadocia on request.
How and in which currency will I see the price?
Your proposal shows the full price per person in TRY, EUR or USD, with what's included and what isn't — no surprises at checkout.
Can the itinerary be adjusted afterwards?
Of course. Your builder brief is a starting point; our specialists refine the draft with you, and every detail can be adjusted before you approve it.
What if I need to cancel?
We keep cancellation simple and transparent. Our flexible cancellation policy is shown before you pay — in plain language, with clear cut-off dates.
I'm an overseas operator — do you handle B2B ground services?
Yes. We provide end-to-end inbound ground handling for tour operators — one accountable partner in Türkiye. Submit a brief and we'll respond with trade terms.
Do you design for families, couples or small groups?
Yes. Personas and activity choices personalise the programme for couples, families or small groups, and accommodation and pace are set to match.
